Rudland Rigg Rideout. Not a good idea in the snow, even in a Land Rover. Al, an accomplished rebuilder of Series Landrovers, was well and truly stuck!

As feautured in LRO, at Driffield!!

Below, for your interest, is a range of………. photos……..some previous stock, and some general Land Rover images from friends and colleagues. As enthusiasts, we form part of a large circle of Land Rover experts, who still enjoy talking Land Rovers and going for ride outs.

Sweet, old Series 2a

This was a really lovely Series 3 truckcab we sold to Scotland.

Pioneer tools and tailgates are getting expensive. This lightweight went out, but only after it had a dodgy outrigger replaced. We took out the tank and noticed the other was weak, so it was treated to a pair of new ones. Job done, and another customer is converted into a lifelong Landrover fan!

A very crisp station wagon, going over the Irish sea to its new home

A really solid Series 2a, which went to a young lad, who obviously has a good taste in Landrovers!

A quality refurbishment for a customer

V8 power, and range rover diffs.....very quick!

The love of my life, the Lightweight. We stripped this one and ran it all over. The diesel engine conversion was a joy.

A rare 127, sourced for a very northerly customer, who drove it the length of Great Britain without fault! Note the tiny additional centre doors.

A very rare, early 1958 Series 2, with the correct series 1 2L engine. Not a speed machine!

"Teaspoon" had a 200tdi engine, and was refurbished for its lucky customer

A very tidy series 3, which features on our promotional artwork

A really sweet Series 1, which is now owned by Stuart, of Pembrokeshire.....one of our best and most loyal customers. He keeps in touch and tells me she is behaving herself well!

The winter was a busy time for us, although it wasn't easy getting them delivered in the deep snow

We've sold this one twice now, and it's currently serving in Scotland with its new owner.

An ex navy 109, presented in smart limestone

Perhaps the nicest one we've had....

Lots of people missed out on this lovely tax exempt machine, rebuilt on a galvanised chassis. Craig, from Scarborough was the lucky customer who got in first.

We refurbished this Lightweight to order. A galvanised chassis, and wonderful diesel engine made this a desirable beast, at a bargain price.

This proved to be a very popular vehicle, as a lot of people tried to buy it!
Hugh spotted a sign we should not have ignored. He’s a veteran of running Land Rovers in the bush, and an expert in fixing punctures with minimal tools!

Our Lightweight on Ceremonial Duty for the CCF Centenary

Rehoused Series three with it's new happy customer
