For sale, Landrover 109 in Drab Olive Green (1975)

MOT until September 14th 2013, not currently taxed. Ex militasry, so enjoys extras which make it look handsome. Desireable xtra grip tyres (now rare and expensive).

This well presented 109 ragtop has been well maintained  since release from the forces in 1992. It sports many new parts under the bonnet and underneath.  It is a petrol variant with the benefit of overdrive, so pootles along very nicely.

The interior is also a nice place to be with recent seat set and mats. All in all this is a very serviceable and well presented vehicle, with the benefit of a good load space for bilkes etc, wind in the hair with the roof off, and at a very reasonable price!

For sale, Landrover Lightweight in Drab Olive Green (1980)

This stunning lightweight was released from service in 2002, and is a 24v, 22867cc petrol. It is very original and straight, and sports just about every feature you’d expect to find on a top spec lightweight. It is incredibly solid both on top, and underneath, and is one of the cleanest lightweights we’ve had. It has MOT until July 3rd 2013 (although we can have a new MOT put on it if necessary – please enquire) and is taxed until the end of the year.

The lightweight has got almost brand new 750, 16s (Deestones) tyres, which give it a very positive stance. It has a brand new canvas (which needs to get wet and shrink to fit), brand new seats in the front, and new twin rear bench seats for the rest of the family. Under the bonnet there’s a new carburretor helping to make this lightweight run beautifully.

Original features include gun clips, radio kit, nato hitch, bumperettes, correct lights, etc etc etc. This really is a lovely lightweight, and becoming very hard to find in this unmolested condition.

This is a fairly original example of a reasonably rare variant, being a long wheel base series 2. It still sports much of it’s deluxe elephant hide interior, whilst the front seat set have been replaced with modern equivalents.

This lovely old girl drives really well, and has passed the last few mots without any advisories. She looks as good in the flesh as in the pictures, and drives nicely too for such an old thing.

For sale, Landrover Series 1 80″ in Deep Bronze Green (1951)

FOr sale, this stunning Series 1. It’s hard to believe it’s over 60 years old. It’s the highly sought after 80″ wheelbase.

MOT exempt although has one until April 26th 2014, and tax exempt (current disc April 2014 also).

Only had 7 keepers in all that time. Believed to be largely original, but as with any vehicle this age there will be additions and omissions.

This has been a used and running vehicle by the previous keeper, who enjoyed taking it out on summer days down the coutry lanes of Norfolk. Believed to have covered 105,000 miles, last keeper had it 7 years and put 9,000 on it!

This stunning and very early Landrover is a joy to drive, and even sweeter on the eye.  It is ready to use and enjoy. An appreciating asset, so far better than money in the bank. I don’t suppose we will find another like this!

Tropical roof, towbar with galvanised rear step. Lots of receipts for work, and old tax discs etc. Drives really nicely.

Tax exempt (current disc until November). This is a very original, unmolested and solid vehicle in our opinion. It comes with its original buff logbook  (full keeper history) , and amazingly it has had only two former keepers in all those years. The original seats are included if needed (need recovering). The truckcab roof and interior is of deluxe type, with the cab being roof lined (very rare).  The 2 litre petrol engine is really sweet too. The odometer reads 9,000   miles…..could it be?!!! …. Who knows!…..feels like it could be!

A canvas roof can be made and fitted at cost if required.
